How do I care for and clean my Hedgren bag?
To maintain the look of your bag, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or using harsh chemicals, as these can damage the water-repellent coating and hardware.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Do Hedgren products come with a warranty?
Yes, Hedgren offers a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or airline handling.
